The Robotics and
Automation Apprenticeship

is targeted at companies and industries that rely on automated systems and
robotic technologies to improve efficiency, precision, and productivity.

ABOUT US

The Robotics and Automation Apprenticeship has been developed in direct response to Ireland’s urgent need for skilled technicians capable of supporting the rapid digital transformation of its manufacturing sector; despite Ireland’s strong and diverse manufacturing base, there is a significant shortage of qualified personnel to operate, maintain, and develop advanced automation systems. This apprenticeship addresses the growing skills gap by equipping learners with industry-relevant, transferable expertise in robotics, automation, and smart manufacturing technologies, ensuring Ireland remains globally competitive and its workforce future-ready across all levels of industry.
